POF Internship Program 2025 Application Form
After being selected as WIL Trainees, new applicants must submit an affidavit on a Rs. 100 stamp paper, signed by their guarantor. This affidavit confirms that they will complete the training properly. If any trainee leaves the training before completion, they must pay back the training and related costs. After successfully finishing the training, WIL may offer jobs to some trainees based on company needs.

Applications are open for male candidates (preferably local residents) from across Pakistan to fill 60 trainee positions at WIL. Selected applicants will receive complete training, giving them a great chance to build their careers through this program. The POF Summer Internship Program lasts for 12 weeks, during which students will gain practical experience and professional guidance from experts in the field.
