ASF Physical Test Requirements:

• Run 1 mile in 7 minutes and 30 seconds
• Do 22 push-ups in 2 minutes
• Do 22 sit-ups in 2 minutes

These fitness standards are required, and you must complete them within the given time. If you fail to meet them, you will be disqualified.
